Our remote computer repair service allows you to save time, money and resources during your computer repair, as we can repair your computer over the internet.
As approximatley 95% of computer failures are software related we offer a remote repair solution which enables an engineer to take control of your computer instantly without ever stepping foot in your home or physically touching your computer. We use a secure encrypted computer to computer link so your privacy remains private.
To use this service you will be required to temporarily install our remote software which enable us to create a link to your computer.
During your remote repair session YOU will be able to observe all repairs LIVE by watching your screen while we solve your problem. Your computer mouse will actually move around on your computer screen right before your eyes. You can even watch and learn! Plus, YOU will be able to assume control at any time and no breach of security is possible. When we are finished, we will permanently remove our connection program and we will be unable to reconnect, unless YOU choose to reinstall the program for further service. This entire process keeps you, our client in complete control at all times, during and after the repair.
